Your order identifies the services you buy, their price and service period. Read the general terms and the terms for each service before ordering. The policies below explain payment, cancellation, acceptable use and support.

Terms for your service

Domain Terms: registrations, transfers, renewal and deletion.
Shared Hosting Terms: directly supplied shared hosting and introductory pricing.
Server Terms: VPS, VDS and dedicated servers.
Managed Services Terms: services supplied to business customers under the 352 Digital Terms & Conditions.
Third-Party Service Terms: externally supplied email, software, licences and other products.

Which terms apply

Mandatory law takes precedence. Subject to that, a specific commitment expressly agreed in your accepted quotation, order or service schedule takes precedence over a conflicting general provision. Product terms govern the relevant product; the 352 Digital terms govern managed work. The general Service Terms and supporting policies apply to the remaining matters. Third-party and registry rules apply to the products they govern, without removing obligations we owe you by law.

The revised commercial terms apply to orders accepted on or after 22 September 2026 under these terms. Existing agreed guarantees are not removed retrospectively. Changes to an existing agreement take effect only in accordance with that agreement and applicable law.
